Ordering & shipping
Where is Spicy Cat Crafts based?
Spicy Cat Crafts is based in the Netherlands, Europe. We do not have any other locations or warehouses, meaning that your order will always be shipped from the Netherlands.
How long will it take to ship my order (delivery time not included)?
Our standard processing time is 1-4 days, and we strive to ship all orders within that time. For orders that include multiple items the processing time can take up to 5-7 days. In case you have a certain urgency in receiving your order before a certain date (i.e. an upcoming event) - please contact us before placing an order to discuss the processing & delivery times. Please note that after the parcel has been sent - we cannot influence the delivery time of the post services.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
After your order has been processed - we ship it using Dutch postal services (PostNL). Their shipping times indications can be found here. On average, the deliveries within EU take up to a week, and outside of EU - up to 2 weeks. Please note that these delivery times are only an indication and we can in no way guarantee a timely delivery.
The total time between you placing an order and you receiving your order is a combined time of processing time and the delivery time.
Will I need to pay any additional fees for my order aside from those that are stated during checkout?
If your order destination is outside of European Union - additional local taxes may apply. The fees depend on the country to which the order is sent. Spicy Cat Crafts is not responsible for the additional fees that are collected by non-EU countries. Please contact us if you are not sure if your order will be a subject to additional fees.
Are custom orders available?
If you are interested in a custom order (i.e. different colors of the product that are available in our webshop, different horns rotation, different size, etc.) - please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to see what's possible!
Products manufacturing
How are the products manufactured?
All our products are printed at home, using Bambu Lab X1-Carbon Combo 3D-printer (with an AMS unit to print multicolor) and Bambu Lab P1S 3D-printer. The high quality output of this printer together with extensive prototyping process that we perform for every new product ensures that our designs are defect-free and extremely high quality for 3D printed items.
Which materials are used for 3D printing?
For our 3D prints we use PLA+ (re-inforced PLA for extra durability) and regular PLA (for certain colors where re-inforced PLA is not available). We only used high quality materials and brands that we have extensively tested on prototypes before using them for actual products. PLA is an eco-plastic, which is an environmental friendly alternative to traditional plastic.
